Full Time Barista at Make&Brew, Southampton

 

Position: Barista

 

Hours: 35 - 40 per week

 

Make&Brew is a vibrant coffee shop deeply rooted in community values. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic barista to join our team. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

​

Ensure a positive customer experience through providing excellent service and upholding high service standards.

Prepare items per recipes and presentation standards.

Prepare speciality coffee to the highest standard ensuring correct milk textures. 

Opening and closing of the coffee machine including dialling in each morning. 

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

 

Requirements:

Barista training (1 year preferred).

Experience in food service (1 year preferred).

Availability to work Saturdays and cover shifts as needed.

Strong knowledge of food safety regulations.

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
